Cannon Beach in February

Typical Oregon winters are grey and dreary and rainy and cold. It was a big surprise when this February was so sunny and warm. We decided to really enjoy it and head to the beach. We picked a perfect day as it was 60 degrees (15 degrees Celsius) and there was hardly any wind. We bought Katie a little bucket and shovel and let her dig to her heart's content at the beach. Of course I had to take my camera with me. Here are some of my favorite shots.

About Me

I love photography. My favorite subjects are my husband and my daughter. My family calls me Photomom. I'm trying to improve my photography and photo editing skills. In the past I have focused on travel, landscapes and macros and I'm expanding my subject matter to include portraits. I've created this blog to share my photos with family and friends and to track my progress.
